Boxing –beginner
1.5 hr program, learn punches, defenses, stepping, and work handpads with
partners
Monday Wednesday 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM and Friday from 6:00PM to 7:30PM
Twice a week: $140.00 for 3 months
Three times per week: $170.00 for 3 months.
Boxing -advanced
1.5 hr program, mostly sparring.
Monday Wednesday and Friday from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Twice a week: $140.00 for 3 months

Boxing
Competitive program, lots of skills, lots of sparring, lots of one on one
with the coach, lots of time in the ring. Must spend 3 months in the 1.5 hour
program prior to being allowed into the competitive program.
1.5 hours, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, $650.00/year
Kickboxing
beginner, intermediate and advanced. Often there is more than one coach
available and the class is split. The second coach will take the advanced
students.
1.5 hour program, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
